This webinar will examine the rapid growth and expansion of dual enrollment programs in the United States. Traditional dual enrollment programs have provided new learning opportunities to high achieving high school students. However, there is an increasing trend to open such programs up to students of all academic levels. A shift in emphasis towards reducing college costs and time to degree does not help to address the core problems affecting college readiness and success.
