You're invited! Attend our candidate roundtable

Hello and Happy New Year!  Education Minnesota is hosting a roundtable discussion Friday, Jan. 19 with the candidates for state auditor and secretary of state and we cordially invite you to participate. This is an opportunity to share what's happening with your students and in your classrooms; to ask questions on issues important to students, educators, public education and working families; and to get to know the candidates.  Education Minnesota staff will help with the questions and facilitating but it is essential that these candidates hear from you - the educators. The agenda for the evening will be as follows:             6 - 7 p.m. - Dinner and briefing             7 - 8 p.m. - Small group table discussions with candidates             8 - 9 p.m. - Q&A session for educators, live streamed to include members not present Mileage will be reimbursed and a meal provided per Education Minnesota financial policies.
