Brad Brothen For MN House

My name is Brad Brothen, and I'm an adjunct English instructor at Normandale -- luckily I've been pretty much full time the last three and a half years. 

 

I couldn't agree with you more on the importance of MSCF members getting politically involved. When I learned that my state representative, a staunch Tea Partier, sat on the Higher Education Policy and Finance committee and has done everything in her power to thwart higher education, I felt I had no choice but to run against her. I'm the DFL endorsed candidate for the Minnesota House in 33B.

 

I've kept my political and work lives very separate, but since this was an email encouraging political involvement, I felt it was appropriate to reply.
